Dental Implants

The permanent solution for missing teeth

Missing teeth affect more than your appearance — they affect chewing, speech clarity and the health of the surrounding bone. Dental implants are the closest solution to restoring a tooth that looks, works and feels natural.

What is a dental implant?

A dental implant is a titanium post placed in the jawbone to replace the root of a missing tooth. A porcelain or zirconia crown is then fixed on top, looking and working just like a natural tooth.

Implant types at the clinic

Immediate Implant

Placed in the same session as the extraction. Suitable for specific cases and saves treatment time.

Conventional Implant

Placed after the bone has fully healed. The best option for most cases, with stable, long-lasting results.

Full-Arch Implants (All-on-4 / All-on-6)

For patients who need to replace all their teeth — a fixed set on just 4 or 6 implants.

Who is the ideal candidate for implants?

  • Missing one or more teeth due to extraction, injury or disease.
  • Has sufficient bone density in the jaw, or bone that can be rebuilt.
  • A non-smoker, or willing to stop temporarily during healing.
  • Has no uncontrolled chronic conditions.

Frequently asked questions

Is the implant procedure painful?

It is done under full local anaesthesia. You may feel some discomfort once the anaesthetic wears off, which can be managed with ordinary painkillers.

How long do implants last?

With proper care and regular check-ups, dental implants last a lifetime in most cases.

Can implants be placed if the bone is weak?

Yes — when bone is weak, we use sinus lift or bone grafting techniques before placing the implant.
